All electric dirt bikes, pit bikes, and electric bicycles sold by Electrik Industries are intended for off-road use unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for determining and complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the operation, registration, and use of electric-powered vehicles.

By purchasing and operating any product sold by Electrik Industries, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• Riding electric dirt bikes and similar vehicles involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injury, property damage, or death.

• Proper safety equipment such as helmets, protective gear, and appropriate riding attire should always be worn.

• The rider assumes all responsibility and risk associated with operation and use of the vehicle.

Electrik Industries shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or legal violations resulting from the use, misuse, modification, or operation of any product sold.

All products should be assembled, inspected, and maintained according to the manufacturer’s manual and recommended maintenance schedules.

Warranty

Any warranty provided is a manufacturer’s warranty only. Electrik Industries does not control or determine the outcome of warranty claims and acts only as a retailer. Warranty coverage, approval, and terms are solely determined by the manufacturer.
